While searching through a pile of documents, the name Baillieu was spotted on one of the covers. Thumbing through the pages it became apparent that the name is that of the well known Baillieu family from whom the pretender to the Victorian State Government throne was hatched, Mr Ted.

The file was full of documents relating to a company called Aconex. Anyone heard of it? Well, it seems to be a pretty ethical company and one of the stars of the Australian corporate landscape.

Well, if what was in the file has any credibility, the word ethical is not what could be applied to the Baillieu who's name is plastered from one end of the dossier to the other.

It seems that having almost dragged the company to it's knees through a dodgy financing deal, followed by an enormous payout to get the leeches off their backs, Aconex is back in the ring with the Pit bull again as he tries to grab another bucket full of dollars out of the directors and is trying to force them to hand over the company.

Someone reached for the air freshener to see if we could clean up this unholy pong. It seems that some pretty well known lawyers in Melbourne have read the file and tossed it back into the toilet from where it came, refusing to act for the said big 'B' on the grounds of the entire thing being unethical.

Bad smells are something air freshener likes to try and clean up so, if these files and their contents are correct, do we want someone running Victoria who is knee deep in the families unethical dealings.

It may be cruel to tar the whole family with the same brush but remember, Ted Baillieu has supposedly handed his substantial portfolio of assets over to someone else and hasn't got a clue how his money is being invested, or where.

If you think that might be a bit hard to swallow, consider the possibility that another big 'B' son might just be pouring through the portfolio and there might be a strong connection between a hopeful Premier and the stink of unethical dealings.

It is very difficult to separate the actions of one Baillieu from another when they are all so closely knit and if the files are accurate, I for one would not want someone sitting on the Victorian throne who had a sibling acting, (as the files suggest), in the way that has been going on here.

The air freshener is hoping that the sibling stops stirring the toilet bowl of business ethics and gives his brother an opportunity to at least see the bottom of the pan as he attempts to step into the political quagmire.

I think even William might not be proud of this very dirty work. Check into it!!! Have a read of this and see what you make of it!!!
